Project Assessment: BW TECH receives the service request (e.g., subsea repair, pipeline tie-in, or CVI) and assesses the scope, depth, and environmental conditions.
HSE & Risk Planning : A detailed dive plan, including hazard analysis, equipment checks, decompression schedules, and emergency protocols, is developed and approved.
Mobilization: Deployment of certified dive teams, surface control equipment, decompression chambers (if required), and specialized tools to the operating location (e.g., Lagos, Lome, Abidjan).
Controlled Execution: The dive is executed under strict control with continuous surface monitoring, real-time communications, and documented procedures.
Reporting: A formal report detailing work performed, equipment used, and quality checks is submitted to the client.
